ridge-wave provides professional photo editing services including but not limited to colour correction, retouching, composite creation, and image enhancement. Services are provided based on project specifications agreed upon between you and our team.

You retain full ownership of all original photos you submit to us. The editing work we perform becomes your property upon full payment. We may retain samples for portfolio purposes unless you request otherwise. All website content, including text, graphics, and design, is owned by ridge-wave and protected by intellectual property laws.
Payment is due according to the terms specified at the time of your order. All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for future orders at any time.
We aim to deliver edited photos within the timeframe specified for each service tier. One round of revisions is included with standard orders. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
ridge-wave provides services on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding the fitness of our services for any particular purpose. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of submission for a full refund. Cancellations after work has begun will be subject to a fee based on work completed. Completed orders cannot be refunded but may be revised according to our revision policy.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
